Details for the rental conditions:
September.1, 2022 start date
One or two days a week available for the entire day during clinic hours
Daily rental fee of $65.00 + GST per person due on the 1st of each month
Minimum of a one-year commitment with a signed rental agreement
The clinic will provide:
*Patient referrals to your services and promote within the organization & on the website
*Designated area for your advertising materials within the clinic
*A holistic, diverse, sacred space to practice your healing craft surrounded by experienced NSA Chiropractors, body workers and reception team
*A small cubby space within the room for storage for each practitioner
*A 30-inch-wide massage table permeant to the space
*Washrooms for clients and staff
You will be responsible for:
*Your own linens and laundering
*Your own bookings and management of your clients and or patients
*Your own insurance
*Your own parking off site (free parking available at the Arts centre adjacent to the clinic)
*Supplies needed for your services (like massage oils and acupuncture needles)
*Your own payments and accounting
