Due to high volumes of incoming applications we are experiencing some systems issues. As a result, students who applied after August 10, 2020 may experience a delay beyond the usual 6-week processing time for applications.
Students can continue to check the status of their loan application on their Student Dashboard or call StudentAid BC if they require assistance.
